Redwoods Advance’ Games Day – time to let loose and break some ice

After the conference at Marriott Hotel on 1st of April and celebrations for past business achievements, the Sales and Marketing company Redwoods Advance Pte Ltd got off for some fun sports and games, the next day.

Like other corporate events and activities, the ‘Games Day’ on 2nd April 2014 was an opportunity for people at Redwoods to come/work together as a team.

For an action-packed day – Redwoods Advance members created 10 different teams and wore colorful dresses suited to themes.

People played several games (Dumb Charades, Ball Games etc.) in groups, cheered for different teams and had a ball. The winning teams had ‘reasons to smile’ with their well-earned prizes.

Board Game enthusiasts or other, the Mind Café Singapore is one of the preferred destinations of people of all groups.

The Mind Café is an ideal meeting place for people who like to have board games over mouth-watering food, snacks and beverages.

On 13th February 2014, everyone from Redwoods Advance Pte Ltd Singapore decided for a team outing at the Mind Café - a place awarded with the widest range of board-games in Singapore.

Like other pleasure trips, the Mind Café visit was an ‘ice-breaker’ for people to have fun in different groups, with ‘clean games’.

If board game enthusiasts tried their hands at different games, then a few beginners got the opportunity to ‘pick up’ new games at the Mind Café.

After many single-and-multi-player board games, people even enjoyed lip-smacking dishes at the place over a few cups of drinks.

Chinese New Year Celebrations: Lion Dance Performance at Shaw Towers

Redwoods Advance - Chinese New Year Lion Dance

Lion Dance - the traditional dance form is an 'integral event' during Chinese New Year celebrations and other festivities in Asian countries.

To worship the God of Good Luck and Prosperity, people wear Lion costumes and mimic movements of the Lion in different groups.

On the 8th day of the Chinese New Year festivities, everyone from Redwoods Advance got together at Shaw towers for the Lion Dance performance, so as to celebrate the New Year in a traditional manner.

The traditional dance performance included two-Lions and a Cai Shen, the Chinese God of wealth. Since, it is the New Year of the Horse, the Lion dance performers even went the extra miles with the idea of a HORSE 'shaped with mandarin oranges and pineapples'.

Redwoods Advance Singapore wishes everyone a FRUITFUL year, ahead.

Redwoods Advance - Chinese New Year Celebrations at the Office

New Year is a time for get-togethers and parties - a moment to bid adieu to the last year and embrace the future.

To receive the Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) and for celebrations, the Singapore sales and marketing company – Redwoods Advance organized the New Year Party at the office, on 30th January 2014.

During the office New Year festivity - everyone mingled with each other in groups, played treasure hunt games. People even had the lantern making contest – everyone created colorful lanterns with recycled materials and adorned the office.

To worship the God of ‘good luck and prosperity’ people wore Lion costumes and performed the Lion Dance in small groups.

Everyone had a terrific time at office New Year celebrations. People greeted each other, enjoyed lip-smacking dishes and exchanged Red packets.
